Partner specialized in tax litigation and disputes with more than 18 yearsâ€™ experience, advising companies during the audit processes on matter of national and international taxes practiced by the tax authorities, tax rebate processes, advice on final settlements and complaints filed with the PRODECON, as well as the different means of legal defense against determinations of tax debts, refusals to refund taxes and other acts of authority, including motions for reconsideration, motions to vacate and Amparo proceedings against the unconstitutionality of tax laws.
Additionally, he has extensive experience in consulting related to national and international taxes, the application of tax treaties, as well as fiscal planning structures.
During his career, he worked and held important positions in prestigious International Law and Public Accountant Firms.
Lawyer graduated from the Free School of Law in Mexico City, with a Diploma in Taxes from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM) and a Masterâ€™s in International Taxes from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law, Vienna.
