Partner specialized in the area of Labor Law and Employment with more than 18 years’ experience in labor litigation and consulting, including counseling Mexican and foreign clients in labor-related disputes, as well as providing advice about regional laws, individual contracts of employment and collective bargaining agreements, collective bargaining negotiations and strike procedures.
Preventive counsel in labor-related matters, review and updating of Human resources policies and procedures and Internal Working Regulations, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, audit to prevent future labor contingencies and work inspections by the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS).
He has been recognized by the publication “Legal 500” as an “Associate to note” in labor and social security matters.
Bachelor in Law from the Technological University of Mexico (UNITEC).
