Partner specialized in consulting and litigation in matters of customs and foreign trade, antidumping and anti-subsidies, free trade agreements, export promotion programs (IMMEX, PROSEC), non-tariff restrictions and regulations, import licenses, quotas, designations of origin, and formalities with different government agencies. Additionally, he is a consultant and litigant in aspects of Administrative Law.
He has written several articles on subjects of taxes and foreign trade in the “Propeller” magazine of the Union Association of Aviation Pilots of Mexico (ASPA), as well as in “Fine Points” by Dofiscal Editores.
Additionally, he has given many conferences on foreign trade in the Mexican Bar, the Bar Association, the National Chamber of the Export Maquiladora Industry (CNIME), and the National Chamber of the Processing Industry (CANACINTRA), among others.
He is currently a professor in the Ibero-American University and has been a professor in other famous Mexican universities.
Bachelor in Law from the Ibero-American University, graduating with honors. In 2003, he obtained his Master’s Degree in Foreign Trade from the University Carlos III of Madrid and he has completed several postgraduate courses in both Mexican and foreign top-level universities.

He is currently a member of the National Association of Company Lawyers (ANADE), of the Mexican Institute of Foreign Trade Specialists (IMECE), the Foreign Trade Commission of the Mexican Chapter of the International Chamber of Commerce (CAMECIC), the Foreign Trade Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) and of the Mexican Bar, Bar Association.
